Terms and Acknowledgment

COP30 Attendance Agreement

By accepting the invitation to COP30, I recognize that I am attending COP30 on a party overflow badge sponsored by the Singapore Government, and as such I agree to the following:

  1. As part of my involvement with the Singapore Pavilion and at COP30, I will not conduct myself in a manner that would bring disrepute to Singapore.
  2. I do not represent the Singapore Government and will not make any form of representation on its behalf.
  3. I will not attend, participate or interfere in any UNFCCC conference sessions and negotiations, noting that UNFCCC conferences are not open to the public1.
  4. I will observe laws, rules and guidelines set out by the COP30 Presidency and the UNFCCC.
  5. I will strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants of COP30.
  6. I understand that the Singapore Government may withdraw its sponsorship of my badge if I fail to uphold any of the above terms.
1 Other than representatives of Parties to the Convention and Observer States, members of the press and media, and representatives of observer organisations are on occasion permitted to attend some conference sessions.

At Pico Art International Pte Ltd, we recognise the importance of the personal data that are entrusted to us and are committed to properly manage, protect, and process your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA").

We will be reviewing our policies, procedures, and processes from time to time as part of our efforts to ensure that we properly manage, protect, and process your data. Pico Art International reserves the right to amend this Data Protect Policy at our own discretion.

Purpose for Collection, Use, Disclosure, and Processing of Personal Data

The personal data which includes data you provide for registration purposes (e.g., Name, Full NRIC No, Date of Birth, Passport Number etc.) may be collected, used, and/or processed for various purposes, depending on the circumstances for which we may/will need to process personal data.

Information collected will be used for the following purposes (but not limited to):

  • Enquiry assistance
  • Payment processing for administrative matters
  • COP30 pass applications
  • Creation of internal and external communication materials such as internal newsletter(s), notice board(s) and marketing of Pico Art
  • Conducting of surveys and interviews (with additional consent)
  • Event updates and security clearances
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Singapore and Brazil
Disclosure of your Personal Data

We respect the confidentiality of the personal data you have provided to us and will endeavour to keep your data safe by:

  • Not disclosing the personal data provided to us to third parties without first obtaining your relevant consent
  • Conducting regular checks to ensure that only authorized persons have access to your data
  • Putting in place reasonable security measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected and to prevent any unauthorized access

Should there be any updates or changes to your Personal Data, you may do so by informing Evander Goh (evander.goh@pico.com).

Your Rights

You may request to access your personal data provided to us. We will provide you with the relevant personal data within a reasonable time after the request had been made.

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by writing to evander.goh@pico.com.

We will process your request within 30 days from the date of request. Please take note that should you choose to withdraw your consent, we may no longer be in a position to continue to provide updates and parental engagement from Pico Art International.

Media Profiling

We are looking to pitch compelling voices and stories from our partners/speakers to the media as well as to feature them on the COP Singapore Pavilion's official social media channels.

We invite you to nominate 2-3 suitable spokespersons/profiles from your organisation, where possible. Do note that media interviews need not necessarily be conducted onsite in Brazil -- they can be arranged virtually or in advance.

Please take a few minutes to complete this section to facilitate our media pitching efforts.

As part of my participation at the COP30 Singapore Pavilion, I am aware that the event will be on the record with media presence. In light of this, information shared by me may be recorded by way of photograph, audio and/or video during the session. I give consent, without prior notice, to the editing and usage of such recordings by the media and by the Organising Team for all media publicity and promotional purposes prior to, during or post the event.
