Important Registration Information

Registration Fees
• SGD 400.00 per pax
• All fees must be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment accepted via credit/debit card only through secure payment link
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
• Registration fees are strictly non-refundable
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows
• Fees cannot be transferred to future MUIS seminars
• Substitution of representatives is permitted only if:
  - The substitute is from the same FHCB
  - Written notice is provided at least 30 days before the event
  - The substitution is approved by the Event Organiser
Travel & Accommodation
All participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
• Visa applications and processing
• Flight bookings to/from Singapore
• Hotel accommodation
• Local transportation (including airport transfers)

We can provide invitation letters for visa applications, and our website lists nearby hotel recommendations here (insert link). All travel and accommodation arrangements remain the responsibility of participants.
Registration Process
1. Submit your registration form.
2. Your information will be verified.
3. A payment link will be sent to you within 3 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days after your payment has been received. You will also receive a QR code that will be used for on-site registration.

These immersion visits will provide first-hand insights into best practices, operational standards, and certification implementation. Please rank your preferences for the immersion trip (1 being most preferred, 4 being least preferred:
